Delivery & shipping policy

Teacher Studio provides digital services only. We do not ship physical products.

When access is delivered

After a successful payment is confirmed by Paymob, the selected subscription or wallet balance is applied to the authenticated Teacher Studio account. Access is normally available immediately. If verification is delayed, the account is updated after the payment webhook or callback is confirmed.

No physical delivery

There are no shipping charges, delivery addresses, or physical goods associated with Teacher Studio plans. Lesson recordings and other digital content are delivered through the secure online platform.
